If you’re going to train with barbells, you should know how to use them safely and effectively.
That’s exactly what the Atlas Strength Shop Barbell Assessment is for.
During this free 1-hour session, one of our coaches will walk you through the four foundational barbell movements:
- Squat
- Bench Press
- Deadlift
- Overhead Press
We’ll take you just heavy enough to identify any issues with technique, positioning, or movement patterns — and then we’ll immediately start fixing them.
This session is designed to help you build a strong foundation so you can train with confidence and without unnecessary risk.
The assessment is valuable whether you are:
- Completely new to lifting
- Looking to improve your technique
- Transitioning from a commercial gym
- Preparing for strength sports like powerlifting or strongman
- Interested in working with one of our coaches
For those interested in 1-on-1 personal training, the barbell assessment is also the first step before beginning coaching.
